Your stay
How many people can stay in an apartment?
Up to four. Each apartment has one bedroom, a living room and a kitchen. The price is for two guests, with a small supplement per night for three or four.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out before noon. Send your arrival time on WhatsApp so the owner can welcome you.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included.
Can I smoke, bring my pet or have a party?
No: the apartments are non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and parties are not allowed.
Do couples need to show a marriage certificate?
Booking is open to all nationalities. Under Moroccan regulations, Moroccan couples and mixed couples (where one partner is Moroccan) must show a valid marriage certificate at check-in.
Booking and payment
How do I book?
Send a request with the form: your apartment, your dates and the number of guests. The owner checks availability and replies by email within 24 hours. Nothing is paid before that.
When and how do I pay?
On arrival, on site, directly to the owner. Nothing is paid when you book: the request is free and you receive the confirmation and the total by email.
Can I cancel?
Yes, up to 5 days before your arrival date, by letting the owner know on WhatsApp or by email. As nothing is paid in advance, it costs nothing.
How much does it cost?
From October to April, for two guests: €40 a night for apartments 1, 3 and 5, €38 for apartment 2 and €36 for apartment 4, plus €4 a night for three or four guests.
From May to September, bookings are not taken online: message us directly on WhatsApp.
Why book here rather than on a platform?
You deal directly with the owner, with no platform fees, and you can ask any question on WhatsApp before booking.
Getting there
Where exactly is the building?
In Oualidia, about 400 metres from the main street. Coming from El Jadida, turn left at the Banque Populaire; coming from Safi, turn right. The building is two blocks further, on your right.
